The extension only accesses content when initiated by the user.

4. Public Boards & Discover Features
Boards are private by default.

If content is made public:
- it may be visible to other users,

- or featured within future discover/community features.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights to publicly share any uploaded or referenced content.
5. Ownership & Responsibility
Curo does not claim ownership over user content.
Users remain solely responsible for:
- uploaded content,
- saved references,
- public sharing,
- and ensuring they have appropriate rights to use or distribute content.
Curo is intended as a personal organization and inspiration management tool, not a publishing or content distribution platform.
6. Data Retention & Deletion
If you delete your account:
- your account will become inaccessible immediately,
- and your data will be scheduled for deletion within 30 days.
During this 30-day period:
- account recovery may be possible upon request.
After permanent deletion:
- data may no longer be recoverable.
Deleted snippets or boards may also be recoverable for up to 30 days if requested through support.
7. Payments
Payments are processed through:
- Razorpay
We do not directly store full payment card details.
Payment processing is governed by the payment provider’s own policies.
8. Service Providers
We may use third-party service providers to operate Curo, including:
- Amazon Web Services for hosting
- Vercel for analytics/infrastructure
- Resend for transactional emails
- OpenAI for AI-powered features
